About
Deeksha Sinha

Deeksha Sinha, founder of Transform With Deeksha (TWD), is a certified nutritionist and holistic health & lifestyle coach specialising in gut health, hormonal balance, PCOS, thyroid, insulin resistance, and sustainable weight loss.

Deeksha is committed to offering a personalised, root-cause–focused approach to health and lifestyle transformation. Her philosophy is deeply rooted in home-cooked, seasonal food, Ayurvedic wisdom, and modern nutritional science, helping clients heal their bodies practically & sustainably.

Her passion for health began with her own powerful transformation journey, where she lost over 30+ kg and healed long-standing metabolic and lifestyle imbalances. This journey sparked a deep curiosity about both what is on the plate and what is happening inside the body—from digestion and gut health to hormones and blood sugar balance.

By combining Ayurveda-led nutrition, functional food knowledge, home cooking practices, and lifestyle corrections, Deeksha designs programmes that are realistic, culturally relevant, and easy to follow. She strongly believes that healing begins in the kitchen, using simple Indian ingredients, mindful cooking methods, and food that supports digestive fire (Agni).

Deeksha offers a 360° healing framework, focusing on gut repair, hormone balance, metabolic health, emotional eating patterns, and daily habits. Each client’s plan is unique, as the way we respond to food, stress, and routines differs from person to person.

Work with Deeksha to lose weight sustainably, heal your gut, balance hormones, regulate blood sugar & build a nourishing relationship with food. Her mission is to guide you toward a way of eating & living that feels natural, healing, and empowering so you can become the healthiest & most aligned version of yourself.
