Meet Your Coach, Deeksha

Hi, I’m Deeksha, Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach & someone who has lived the pain of hormonal imbalance, emotional eating & body fatigue firsthand.

There was a time when I weighed 120 kilos. I battled PCOD, PCOS, constant bloating, mood swings and the frustration of trying everything from strict diets to endless hours at the gym, yet nothing seemed to work. My body felt heavy, my mind was tired & my confidence was fading.

But deep inside, I knew this wasn’t just about weight. It was about understanding what my body was trying to tell me.


So, I stopped chasing shortcuts and started studying how the body, mind and hormones truly work through the lens of both modern Nutritional science & Ayurvedic wisdom.

That’s when everything began to change.


I focused on healing my gut, balancing my hormones, and aligning my meals with my body’s natural rhythm, rather than punishing it. Within 6 months, I naturally lost 35 kilos, regained my energy, fixed my hormonal health and found a version of myself I never thought existed.

Today, I help others do the same - not through restriction, but through awareness.
My approach blends:

  • Science-backed nutrition - to balance hormones and metabolism

  • Ayurvedic principles - to align food with your body type and emotions

  • Mindset and lifestyle coaching - to break self-sabotaging patterns

I’ve walked this path myself - I know what it feels like to start over and not to give up.


And now, as your coach, my mission is to help you reclaim your energy, your balance, and your joy - one mindful choice at a time. Because true healing isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering who you are beneath the weight, the stress and the noise 💛
